SUMMARY: A woman in Northwest Miami Dade was rescued from her mobile home by a roommate during an early morning fire that tragically claimed the life of one of her three dogs. The heroic roommate, ATU Santana, broke a window to reach her, stating he saw heavy smoke upon waking.
