Prep Football Preview 2023: Biloxi heads into new Class 7A with playoff aspirations
SUMMARY: Biloxi High School’s football team hopes to end its 12-year playoff winless streak as they move up to the new Class 7A level in the Mississippi High School Activities Association. The team has been a playoff participant for the past 11 seasons, but hasn’t won a postseason game in over a decade. The Indians will compete in the newly named Region 4-7A, with familiar opponents Ocean Springs, Gulfport, D’Iberville, St. Martin, and Harrison Central. They finished last season with a 7-3 record and are looking to improve under the leadership of head coach Katlan French.
