Pregnant Laurel woman arrested on bestiality charges for second time in a year

Frazier was released on a $25,000 bond with an order to stay away from animals. Following the latest incident, her previous bond was revoked, with a new one set at $10,000 per charge. An 18-year-old, Skyler English, was also arrested as an accessory.
