The goal is to provide a full-service, mini library with laptops, library cards, and book borrowing capabilities. The mission is to serve and enrich the lives of Lamar County residents through inspiring lifelong learning and giving them access to books and Wi-Fi. The department acknowledges that they may not be able to fix all the infrastructure issues, but they can certainly provide these resources to the community.

The goal is to provide a full-service, mini library to different parts of the county.
