Pontotoc second grader wins rodeo title
SUMMARY: Eight-year-old Paisley from Pon can now call herself a world champion! She won the 2024 Reserve National Little Britches Rodeo Association world champion title at the Lazy E Arena in Oklahoma. Competing in barrel racing and pole bending over four days, Paisley and her horse Butterbean earned their first world championship. Shocked and nearly in tears, Paisley was so surprised by her win. She was one of over 12,200 youth competitors from more than 30 states. Her next big competition is in August at the Alabama Little Britches Rodeo in Reigns, Alabama. Great job, Paisley! We’re all rooting for you!
