Police make third arrest in fatal shooting of Noxubee Co. brothers

SUMMARY: Chattanooga police have arrested a third suspect, 19-year-old Jonathan Sawyer, in connection with the fatal shooting of brothers Deaaron and Dejyron Tripplett on May 1 at an apartment complex. Sawyer is charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses. Two others, Jamarie Jones and Darrisha Danforth, are also charged with the homicides. Surveillance footage and statements link the suspects to the crime, with Jones allegedly shooting the brothers and Danforth driving the getaway vehicle.
