SUMMARY: leaders in Pedal have opened bids for their 2024 Paving Project, estimated to cost $1.5 to $1.7 million. last year's paving of over 9 miles of road, this year's project will slightly more, over 40 roads. Major targeted are Carterville Road and Three Mile Cut-Off (Corinth Road), with Carterville Road requiring extensive work due to heavy traffic. Smaller roads like Beagle and Pig , as well as Grape and Napoleon Street, will also be addressed. Reflective lighting will be added to Three Mile Cut-Off. The project is set to begin in August or September. Tony Ducker leads the initiative.
