Pass Road Elementary students make KP Hall restoration plans
SUMMARY: Students at a local elementary school in Handsboro, Mississippi, are working to make a difference in their community. Destiny Polster took us to the elementary school to see 4th and 5th graders’ plans for improving a historic community building. They are partnering with the Handsboro City Civic Organization to preserve and repurpose a historic building. Alana Brown, a student, also proposed safety strategies for the blind and deaf community. The students received a grant and are learning the importance of their community and helping to make a difference. Designs will be submitted to the Handsboro City Civic Organization for approval.

St. Stanislaus 5-star kicker Evan Noel breaks state record with 61-yard field goal!
SUMMARY: Local student-athlete Evan Noel, a kicker and punter for St. Sanis L, achieved an incredible feat by breaking a 30-year state record during the Rocket Charles game against Pas Chan. The five-star kicker successfully made a 61-yard field goal, surpassing the previous record of 59 yards set in 1994, and executed the kick with apparent ease. Already committed to Arkansas, Noel has received three offers, and his latest performance is likely to attract interest from many more teams. Fans eagerly anticipate his future in football and are confident he’ll excel at the next level, possibly even in the NFL. Congratulations, Evan Noel!

Both Ocean Springs golf teams win Admiral Classic titles
SUMMARY: The Ocean Springs golf teams excelled at the Admiral Classic held at Bayou Vista last Thursday, with both the boys and girls securing the title. Mackenzie Smith claimed individual victory for the girls, while every female teammate achieved personal best scores. For the boys, Matthew Bond earned individual honors, and Bracka Mallister finished in second place. Congratulations to both Greyhound golf programs for their impressive performances!
