Destiny Early Learning Collaborative’s director reports that they are dedicated to ensuring the youngest students receive educational head starts. The district has long invested in pre-K classrooms through a community partnership, and now with a grant from the Mississippi Department of Education, they will receive $285,000 over the next three years.
