Partly cloudy and mild Monday
SUMMARY: Remnants of Tropical Storm Sarah have dissipated, leaving minimal energy that will merge with a cold front moving in tomorrow, bringing scattered showers mainly to Florida. Partly cloudy and mild conditions are expected today, with a cold front pushing in from Wednesday to Thursday, resulting in wind gusts of 30-35 mph. Wednesday will remain mild, but temperatures will drop significantly by Thursday, possibly to the low 60s or even 50s. Cold conditions will persist into the weekend, with the potential for the first flurries in the mountains and frost or freezing temperatures likely in the upstate.

Rain returns on Tuesday
SUMMARY: The weather is starting chilly and dry but will remain pleasant for the next 24 hours due to high pressure. Highs will be in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees, above average. However, starting Tuesday through Thursday, a cold front will cause significant temperature fluctuations and bring widespread rainfall, especially Tuesday afternoon and night. Wednesday begins wet but will dry out by evening. Following the front, colder air will lead to a significant drop in temperatures, with Thursday morning feeling like the 20s and 30s, continuing cooler through the end of the week.
