Oxford police respond to business for reported break-in
SUMMARY: A man named John Wesley Perry Jr. has been arrested in Oxford, Mississippi for breaking into two businesses on University Avenue. Perry Jr. has been charged with one count of commercial burglary and one count of attempting to commit an offense. He appeared before a Municipal Court judge and was issued a $40,000 bond for each charge, totaling $80,000. The Oxford Police Department responded to a reported break-in on September 19, and during the investigation, they discovered that another business had also been broken into.
