Owner of trucking business scrambling for options as port strike imminent in Houston

Raul Meza Jr. to spend the rest of his life in prison | FOX 7 Austin
SUMMARY: R. Mesa Jr. pleaded guilty to capital murder for the deaths of Jesse Froga and Gloria Lofton, whose bodies were found in 2019 and 2022, respectively. In court, he expressed indifference when asked if he felt sorry for his actions, saying, “sorry is too late.” With a criminal history dating back to 1975, including a previous murder, Mesa was sentenced to two life terms without parole. Helene becomes one of the most deadly hurricanes in US history
