SUMMARY: The Missouri MetroLink system is implementing new security measures with gates and fencing at several stations, starting in the Central West End. The upgrades, part of Metro’s Secure Platform Plan, include 8-foot welded wire fencing and secure entry/exit gates, designed to prevent unauthorized access. These measures are already in place at stations like Emerson Park and will expand to others, including Delmar and Forest Park.
