One victim taken to hospital after fire, PRP firefighter also injured
SUMMARY: On September 16th, firefighters are responding to a significant house fire in Valley Station on Stephanie Drive, first reported around 3:04 AM. They arrived within three minutes and controlled the flames within half an hour. One civilian was rescued and transported to the University of Louisville Hospital, while a firefighter suffered first and second-degree burns but is expected to recover. Arson investigators are on-site to determine the cause of the fire, which had advanced significantly upon arrival, with flames visible from the home. HISA equine welfare unit probe says University of Kentucky lab did not follow testing guidelines
