Old Kudzu Brewing LLC in Meridian
SUMMARY: The Kudzu Brewing Company, founded by Trey and Kenny Watts, started with a culinary talent for identifying flavors. They introduced their first craft beer, Willis, in 2019, named after a man who hosted a backyard barbecue. The brand has been around for about eight years, with interruptions due to COVID-19 and other factors. Magnolia Beverage Company has supported them through these challenges. Their newest beer, 1870, will be released at the Mary Night Market. Kudzu’s products can be found in local retail stores, restaurants, and breweries. Despite setbacks, the company continues to strive for great brews in Meridian.
