oklahomawatch.org – Heather Warlick – 2025-01-22 06:00:00

SUMMARY: Angela Moore, 65, hopes to move into The Harmony Marcus Garvin Apartments in northeast Oklahoma City, an affordable senior housing complex. The Taylors claimed they were encouraged to lie about their business income by a loan officer from LIV Mortgage to secure a mortgage for the property. They also allege that Berry-Rock improperly handled their $30,700 nonrefundable deposit. After moving out, the house was listed for sale. The companies countersued, claiming the Taylors violated their agreement and sought to leverage complaints for financial gain.
