Noxubee County Sheriff’s Office investigating after nearly 50 rounds fired into air

SUMMARY: Knox County Sheriff investigators are searching for suspects who fired 50 rounds into the air from a white Honda in the Cedar Creek community on Friday night. More than 50 shell casings were found on the ground from two guns. Residents who heard the gunfire are urged to contact The Golden Triangle Crim Stoppers with any information. Tips can be provided anonymously by calling 1-800-530-7151. The Sheriff’s Department is seeking information on the shooters and their whereabouts. If you have any information about the incident, you are encouraged to come forward.
