Fort Worth ISD investigating social media post made by teacher, urging ICE to visit high school

A substitute teacher’s social media post calling for ICE raids at Northside School sparked further fears. However, experts note that a 1982 Supreme Court ruling guarantees education access regardless of immigration status. Fort Worth ISD and other districts reassured parents that immigration status is not collected, and privacy is protected. The substitute teacher is under investigation.
