SUMMARY: Charges have been filed against 40-year-old Andrew Montgomery after a house fire revealed illegal weapons and explosives in his home on Lake Constance. Investigators with the bomb and arson unit discovered suspicious chemicals and an improvised explosive device (IED) while firefighters extinguished the blaze.
