Noel Rodriguez Alvarez: FBI continues its search for Texas woman | FOX 7 Austin

SUMMARY: Nearly two years after the disappearance of six-year-old Noel Rodriguez in Everman, Texas, the FBI has announced a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of his mother, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, who faces murder charges. Her last known sighting was in March 2023 at DFW Airport with her husband and other children, but Noel was not with them. Authorities have conducted extensive searches, including excavations at their residence. A capital murder warrant was issued for Rodriguez Singh in October 2023, and a federal warrant followed for fleeing prosecution. She is described as 5’1″ to 5’3″ with brown eyes and hair.

Abbott issues executive order to arrest CCP operatives in Texas | Texas
