Thunderstorms were mainly west of the I-59 corridor, impacting areas like Lawrence and Walthall counties. Conditions were muggy, typical for summer. Tonight, there’s a slight chance of stray storms, with temperatures dropping to 70 degrees. For Sunday, isolated storms are possible, but overall reduced rain chances and hot conditions persist with temperatures in the 90s.
