Lowndes County holding tornado drill on MUW campus
SUMMARY: Lou County is conducting a large-scale emergency drill on the Mississippi University for Women’s campus on Thursday morning at 8:30, weather permitting. The drill aims to improve preparedness and safety plans by testing emergency responders’ capabilities in handling a major tornado event. It will also assess the university’s notification and communication systems. As part of the drill, tornado sirens will sound on campus to simulate real conditions.
Lowndes County will hold a tornado drill Thursday on MUW’s campus.

Teenage girl charged as adult in momโs murder
