However, many newcomers tend to drop off by April or March due to not seeing quick results. To combat this, it’s important to find your own motivation for working out, rather than purely focusing on aesthetics. It’s also important to start off slow and do exercises you enjoy, rather than pushing yourself too hard. The goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the year. The Anderson Health and Fitness Center aims to help people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier life in 2024.
