New JC tuition plan to save students around $200 per semester
SUMMARY: Jones College has introduced a new tuition plan aimed at simplifying the payment process and reducing costs for students. The revised system replaces a complex 14-page pricing document with a streamlined, one-page structure. The plan customizes tuition based on a student’s major, offering one price for full-time and another for part-time students, without hidden fees for books, health, or labs. The average student will save approximately $200 per semester. The college aims to enhance access and affordability, supporting upward mobility in the region.
