The annual Memorial stair climb at Petal Panther football stadium saw dozens of participating, each climbing the equivalent of 115 flights of stairs to commemorate those who attempted to save lives during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The event not only paid but also aimed to raise around $5,000 for local Local Legends, to assist First Responders like firefighter Kaylee Randolph, who significant medical expenses after an accident.
