Natchez Trace Parkways helps those affected by Helene
SUMMARY: Hurricane Helen has caused over 200 deaths, prompting emergency assistance along the Florida Gulf Coast and Carolinas. DNA comparison confirms identity of Labor Day murder victim in Lowndes County
