NASA offering public chance to sign poem heading to Jupiter’s moon

SUMMARY: NASA is inviting people worldwide to add their names to a poem that will be sent to Jupiter’s moon Europa in 2024. The Europa Clipper spacecraft will travel 1.8 billion miles to investigate the potential for life beneath the moon’s icy crust. Names can be submitted through NASA’s “Message in a Bottle” campaign, and they will be stenciled onto a microchip bearing a poem by US Poet Laureate Ada Limón. Participants will receive a customizable souvenir to commemorate the experience.
