MUW hosted Hoot and Hoops night

SUMMARY: The W held their second annual Halloween hoot and hoops event, where kids were able to trick or treat at the pool’s gym. Both basketball teams and other sports handed out candy and other items. Following the candy distribution, the teams were introduced to the community in the meet the owls event. The W is joining the NCAA Division 3 and the Slac Conference for the first time this season. Coaches and players expressed excitement about the opportunity to have more home games and community support. The women’s team will start their season at home on November 10th, while the men’s team will play their first game on November 15th in Georgia.

Their remarkable achievement highlights a decade of excellence in powerlifting.

The East Union girls powerlifting team won their 9th straight state championship. They shared their story of continued dominance of the last 9 seasons.

Jackson Democratic mayoral primary heads to runoff
