Moss Point residents receive new homes 10 months after deadly tornado
SUMMARY: Nearly one year after a tornado devastated Moss Point, leaving families homeless, there is hope and gratitude as new homes are being built with the help of Amish Builders and Mennonite Disaster Services. Despite not accepting monetary payment, the volunteers worked tirelessly to build eight homes and renovate 14 others, bringing joy and relief to the affected families. Project Director Bert Troyer expressed that their reward is in helping others and being a blessing, emphasizing that God is in control. The community came together to thank the builders, showing appreciation for their selfless work and dedication.
August 19, 2024 marks 10 months since a deadly tornado ripped through Moss Point, taking lives and taking homes.

Mississippi’s only owned natural spring water bottling facility celebrates its grand opening

Cold Case: Who Killed Kim?
