Mobile home in Jackson catches flames; Cause under investigation

Neighbors reported hearing loud noises before witnessing the flames rapidly spreading, with one resident, Elton Williamson, describing it as sounding like “bullets going off.” The fire ultimately resulted in the complete loss of the mobile home and spread to adjacent properties, with reports of a camping trailer and nearby trees also catching fire. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries. This incident follows another fire at the same location two months earlier.
