The first suspect, Garrett Jordan, was charged with murder after a similar hearing earlier this week.

Donovan Baucom is expected to appear before a judge at the Carnahan Courthouse Thursday. Baucom faces six felony counts: murder-first degree, three counts of armed criminal action , assault-first degree, and unlawful use of a weapon, shooting from a moving vehicle.
