Mississippi student arrested after getting upset over schedule change

The student tore up her new schedule and made an offensive gesture on her way out of the lunchroom, which was caught on camera. The charges were ultimately dropped, but the student’s mother believes her parental rights were violated and is considering legal action. The incident is still under investigation.
