SUMMARY: Deon Jones’s journey on season 26 of The Voice ended during the knockout rounds as he was eliminated after a captivating performance of “Nutbush City.” Dressed in an eye-catching red suit, Jones impressed coaches with his stage presence and dance moves, but lost out to fellow contestants Jose Luis and Camryn Brooks, both on Gwen Stefani’s team. Earlier in the competition, Reba McEntire had chosen another contestant over Jones, but Stefani later used her steal to keep him in the competition. Despite his strong performances, the competition proved too intense as he was sent home.
