Samples and photographs were collected for analysis. The dolphins were taken to IMMS labs for further evaluation, and necropsies will be performed with the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine to determine the cause of their deaths. Anyone encountering stranded aquatic creatures should contact the IMMS Stranding Hotline at 1-888-767-3657.
