SUMMARY: The Magnolia state leads in fatal car accidents involving teenagers, with 1 out of 3 teen deaths being caused by a motor vehicle crash. Distracted driving is a major cause of teen crashes, which includes using cell phones and electronic devices, as well as eating or grooming while driving. The lack of proper driving instruction and knowledge of rules can contribute to these accidents. Golden Triangle Driving Academy provides training and courses for individuals on defensive driving and safety regulations. However, there is currently no physical driving test required to get a license due to Covid. These alarming statistics underline the importance of proper driving instruction and attentiveness while on the road.
