Mississippi Gulf Coast Kennel Club to host annual Bark’n Good Time at Harrison County Fair Grounds

SUMMARY: The Mississippi Gulf Coast Kennel Club will hold its annual Bark’N Good Time event from April 5-7 at Harrison County Fair Grounds in Gulfport. The event will include FastCAT, CABT trials, Conformation “B” Match, AKC Trick Dog, Canine Good Citizen, and Fetch title testing. The events are free and open to the public. The AKC-sanctioned event aims to promote responsible dog ownership and sportsmanship. The CABT is a beginner-friendly activity where dogs chase after an artificial lure. Dogs passing the CABT multiple times earn titles. Preparation involves getting the dog in shape and training it to chase after moving objects.
