State treasurer: Affordable college tuition ‘Legacy Plan’ now 100% funded
SUMMARY: Mississippi has improved the funding of its college tuition programs, with the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (MPACT) Legacy Plan now reaching over 100% funding after being only 72% funded in 2019.
