Parents seek justice for 20 year old intentionally ran over in Horry Co parking lot

Hurricane Milton regains strength; SC watches posted

Behind-the-scenes look at South Carolina power company's work to repair outages 11 after Helene

SUMMARY: In Henderson County, power restoration efforts are underway as crews work tirelessly from sunrise to sunset. Reporter Isabelle Marak accompanied a Blue Ridge Electric crew from South Dakota, comprising 20 linemen who volunteered for 16-hour days. They face unique challenges, accessing with downed power lines using four-wheelers. Over 600 external personnel are assisting with the restoration. have shown appreciation for the crews, eagerly awaiting the power to be restored, which is expected in the next day or so. After power restoration, cleanup of tree debris and damaged poles will begin.

About 20 linemen from East Electric traveled from South Dakota to restore power in Pickens County, South Carolina.
