Military Friendly Ranks UM Among Top 10 Schools in the Nation

SUMMARY: The University of Mississippi has been named among the top 10 schools in the nation for military preparedness by the Military Friendly Advisory Council. This is the first time that Ole Miss has placed in the top 10, ranking No. 8 nationally and No. 2 in the SEC. The university has increased its Military Friendly ranking from unranked to gold over the last four years. The university has implemented various programs to support veterans and military students on campus, including offering mental health aid training and creating a designated house for veterans to study, relax, and find support.
