A cold front expected on Wednesday will bring cooler temperatures, dropping into the 60s, closer to seasonal norms. Precipitation will remain isolated to scattered, particularly across southern Texas, with a shift to drier air and more sunshine following the cold front. By the end of next week, highs will be in the 60s, and lows in the 40s.

Georgetown pub subject of new ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ episode | FOX 7 Austin
SUMMARY: In October 2024, Georgetown’s Grumpy George pub was featured on Gordon Ramsay’s “Kitchen Nightmares.” Owner Karen Soeffker, facing closure, received a life-changing opportunity when Ramsay’s team contacted her for the show. Despite having no prior restaurant experience, she learned that her establishment was considered a “nightmare.” Ramsay renovated the pub and revamped the menu, adding his mother’s famous sticky toffee pudding. The experience, intense yet rewarding, revitalized the pub, attracting more customers. The episode airs Tuesday at 7:00 PM on Fox, but the pub has already seen significant improvements thanks to Ramsay’s intervention.

A Georgetown pub will be featured on this week’s episode of chef Gordon Ramsay’s “Kitchen Nightmares.”
