SUMMARY: The Mississippi Lottery’s 2024 Lucky Dog promotion received more than 3,300 dog photo submissions, with the top 8 winning spots being chosen by the public through online voting. These winning pups will have their images featured on a future scratch-off for Summer 2024, and each of the eight finalists’ owners will receive $1,000 cash. The promotion ran from January 2 to January 14, with players being able to upload a picture of their dog for a chance to win. Selected entries were posted on social media for the public to vote on their favorites from January 22 to January 28.
