Neighbors describe the community as religious and state that the suspect exhibited no radical behavior. One neighbor last saw the suspect on New Year’s Eve, noting he was acting normally. Authorities report no ongoing threat to local residents following the investigation.

We spoke with his neighbor who did not want to be identified but described this community as religious.
