Man charged in deadly Lexington shooting appears in court
SUMMARY: Leis Ramos, charged with murder in the August shooting of 24-year-old D’Coin Collins, appeared in court today. The incident occurred during a dispute on Delaware Avenue, where officers found Collins suffering from a gunshot wound; he later died at the hospital. In addition to murder, Ramos faces charges for using restricted ammunition during the crime, with bond set at $1 million. He is scheduled for a status hearing on January 24th, 2024.

Falling Saturday temperatures
