Man charged in connection with shooting now faces new charge

SUMMARY: Kerry Smith, the man charged in connection with a Columbus shooting, has now been charged with armed robbery in addition to aggravated assault. Smith is accused of being the gunman in a shooting that occurred on March 5th near 10th Street and Fifth Avenue North. The shooting, which allegedly resulted from an argument, left the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
