Man at center of double murder, Austin AMBER Alert arrested | FOX 7 Austin
SUMMARY: Sherles Gregorio Masado Hernandez has been charged with capital murder after allegedly killing his common-law wife, Francis Kiona Swim, and her boyfriend, Brian Florentino Flores Alvarez. Despite living together, Swim had a new boyfriend. The incident occurred early Monday morning when Hernandez approached the parked couple and shot them. Three children from the relationship were left motherless. An Amber Alert was issued after authorities could not locate them, but they were later found safe with a family member. Hernandez, arrested while hiding in a vehicle, may see additional charges against his brother who was driving him.
