Man arrested moments after stabbing woman he followed on METRO bus
SUMMARY: Houston Police report that a man followed a woman off a Metro Bus, held her at knife point, and stabbed her multiple times. She was rushed to the hospital for surgery, with her condition currently unknown. This attack occurred hours after he allegedly threatened another victim with a gun, although that victim was unharmed. The suspect, who led police on a brief chase before being arrested with the weapon used in the stabbing, is in custody but has not yet been charged. Investigators are connecting the two incidents and found evidence of a past robbery on him.

Investigators said there was also evidence linking the man to a robbery at gunpoint earlier that day. The knife was recovered but not the gun, police said.
