Madison Central standout transfers to Texas A&M baseball

SUMMARY: Brayden Montgomery, a former standout player at Mastin Central and Stanford, has announced on his Instagram account that he will be transferring to Texas A&M for the upcoming college baseball season. After spending two seasons at Stanford, where he earned multiple accolades including Pac 12 Freshman of the Year and All American, Montgomery entered the transfer portal a month ago. He will be joining the Texas A&M team, which was eliminated by his former team, Stanford, in the regionals back in June. Montgomery was the number one player in the transfer portal.

Stanford standout and former Madison Central star baseball player Braden Montgomery is headed to the SEC. The 2021 Pac-12 freshman of the year and multiple time All-American entered the transfer portal last month and now joins the team Stanford eliminated in their NCAA Regional in June.
