Two charged with gun theft from fatal Mississippi wreck scene
SUMMARY: In Mississippi, Jonathan Parr, 59, and Christina Brumback, 42, were arrested for stealing a firearm from the scene of a fatal car wreck in Tunica County that killed Nicholas Paul Stafford, 29, and Ruby Gene Watney, 36.
