Local restaurant owner sees many catering orders for home football games

Chick-fil-A in Starkville sees a high demand for catering orders during home football games for the Bulldogs. Restaurant owner Jonathan Rogers says they receive anywhere from 50 to 150 catering orders on game days, and they schedule twice as many people as they normally would to meet the demand. Some employees focus on catering orders and deliveries, while others handle the normal operations in-store and at the drive-thru. Rogers advises placing catering orders at the beginning of the week for faster service.
