SUMMARY: A local group is helping restore the monuments at one of their town’s cemeteries. Trey Howard caught up with the cemetery doctor about how he and his crew help families preserve their history. Trent Lewis and his crew use everything from high-powered equipment to good old-fashioned elbow grease to help bring some life to this Mount Olive Cemetery. They do all the restoration on the tombstones, pretty much anything the tombstone needs, they do it. Whether it be repairing the cracks or damage from vandalism, they are dedicated to preserving the history of the cemetery.

Whether it be repairing the cracks or leveling headstones that sank into the ground, Lewis said they take pride in their work.
